Salvation

God created man in his image, that is, for a relationship with him. The first people God created, Adam and Eve, were placed in a perfect and sinless environment where they dwelled with God (the Garden of Eden). Despite their environment, they disobeyed God and sin entered the human experience. They were expelled from the Garden, and thereafter, every person was born a sinner, separated from God. God’s holiness requires that the sin be addressed by the shedding of blood. Because the crime was the offense of God’s holiness, the only blood of sufficient value to atone for man’s sin problem is the very blood of God. Consequently, Jesus, the Son of God, took on flesh and lived as the unique God-man. He did what only He could do, dying on a cross in the first century for the sins of every living person that ever existed or ever will. He was buried in a tomb and bodily resurrected three days later and lives today. Salvation--the forgiveness of sins and re-establishment of relationship with God for all eternity--is available to those who trust in Jesus Christ as their personal sin bearer based on His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation results from faith alone in Christ alone PLUS NOTHING! Salvation is a matter of believing, not doing.

The decision is yours alone.  "And he [Jesus] answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out."  -- Luke 19:40.  TO DOWNLOAD THE MESSAGE "WHY DID HE DO IT?" BY LESTER HUTSON CLICK HERE.
